- Business details, if you register a business: business name, address, hours, description, logo, photos and contact information.
- Receipts you scan in the Neon app, including the business, date, items and amount shown on them.
- Messages you send us, such as emails or support requests.
Information collected automatically:
- Activity in the app, such as businesses you view, visits you record, and credits you earn and spend.
- Device and usage data, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address and pages or screens viewed.

Payment information: businesses enter card and bank details directly into Stripe, our payment processor. We do not collect or store full card numbers, bank account numbers or Social Security numbers.
How we use information
- Provide and run the Services, including tracking visits and credits.
- Verify receipts and prevent fraud, such as modified or duplicate receipts.
- Process charges and payouts for participating businesses.
- Show participating businesses how many Neon customers visited them and what those customers spent.
- Send service messages and, with your permission, updates about Neon.
- Understand how the Services are used and improve them.
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- With participating businesses, to show them visits and purchases made through Neon at their location.
- With service providers who help us run the Services, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe) and analytics, under contracts that limit how they use it.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, partners or Together Tools.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information

Your choices and rights
You can update your account details in the app, turn off location and notifications in your device settings, and ask us to delete your account.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
